At The Fittest Store, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t exactly what you expected, no worries—we’re here to help you out.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Policy
- General Requirements
- All returned items must be new, unused, and in perfect condition.
- Apparel must have all original tags attached.
- Footwear must have clean soles with no signs of wear.
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging. The shoe box cannot be used as the only shipping box—it must be placed inside another box or polymailer for protection. Please ensure that shoes are returned in their original box, placed inside another shipping box or protective packaging; otherwise, the return may be sent back to the customer or subject to a restocking fee
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Grips
- Eligible for exchange or return only if they are in original packaging and unworn.
- Must be free of chalk, water, dirt, sweat, or any other substance.
- Belts
- Eligible for exchange or return only if showing no signs of wear (including chalk, dirt, or hair).
- Hygiene & Personal Items
- The Toe Spacers and EI8HTBALL: not eligible for return or refund.
- Mouthpieces and non-mouthpiece products (including nasal strips): non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Final sales.
- All final sale items are not elegible for returns or exchanges.
To start a return, go to the Orders section in your profile, select the order you want to return, and click Start Return. Then, follow the on-screen instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns within the United States will include a $10.99 USD fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
